Fish gods answer my question please!

I think that combination of fishes would do just fine and you can actually add 2 pair of perculla clowns if you wanted too. Just add them together and keep an eye out. This is one of my pairs.:D

The case of the disappering fish....

 Need to make a correction... Not 2 days but one.... That's pushing it even more. LOL How fat and big are those shrimps? Guess we shouldn't be calling them "shrimps" then huh. :D DanJ have you checked that intake tube lately to see if it has a crack on it that would allow the fishes to...

The case of the disappering fish....

:D They must be some real hungry shrimps. Though it is a possibility they usually would eat 2 of them in 2 days. they'd still have someon their claws and/or mouth. And in order to get to eat them that means those two fish must have dies at the same time. Because those fishes are just a little...

The case of the disappering fish....

DanJ: No prob I just got tired of watching people get badgered on this forum for asking for help. Well onto the problem... the 2 fish that went missing was that before or after placing the divider on the tank? New2u: The shrimps and the hermits could not have eaten all of the carcass of the 2...

    Setting up

Danielfish: Congratulations on you new aquisition. You're walking into a wonderful hobby. I really admire your intentions on starting a aquarium the correct way. I hope that you have realized that the smaller the tank is but more diffcult it is to maintain. Though with the correct information...

I don't know and I prob wouldn't remove it from the tank until you have identified it. If it's a fungii then I would prob post this on the disease forum, but if it's Ca deposits then check out your Ca levels cause it may be too high to the water to support it in solution. And if it's a sponge...

Looks like a possible sponge. My suggestion if you have access to a microscope or know someone with one, is to get a scraping of it and look that it under the scope. If it looks kinda shining and crystal like then it's a good chance it is calcium deposits. If it looks different then it could be...

Looking for a place to trade.

Regarding the site.... It differs because you can post pictures on the site of frags you want to trade or sell. It also has a forum like this. But it's a really interesting site, though fairly young. D12monkey@msn.com if you want to ask me personally. It's a Frag Outpost so to speak. :D place...

    urchins and sponge

Most sea urchins will not have sharp spines, except the long spined sea urchin. They usually go around eating algaes including coraline algae. Dietary needs for the sea urchins could compromise of algae leaves in the form of sea weed mainly. As for the sponges it is very important not to expose...
