I had a small patch of bubble algae in my tank. Went to the LFS and added these cute little guys to my tank. Looks like I need to update a FTS. Will have to do that later on. I've also started to move out some of the hermit crabs to a smaller tank. They are eating my snails.

Magnificent! I was telling someone about Mantis shrimp. How big of a tank do they need to be in? I have that 6 gallon sitting around with just live rock and some snails in it. Would that size work?

Beautiful tank you have. I'm going to try your advice on the glueing/epoxying of rock to rock and see what happens. Right now it's in pretty good but I'm afraid if I get a bicolor blenny and it get's into the that particular rock, it may cause a problem. Like falling over again.

I appreciate all the information here. I will certainly give these suggestions a try. In the meantime, I think I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the tank for a couple of weeks before I do anything else - get my frustration level down some.

I've been researching caulerpa profilera and my reading is saying that is uses a sand bed. My QT has no sand in it - will it still grow?

I did a little moving around of things last night but not too much. Still trying to a get a grip on how to secure some of these things to the rockwork. Forgot to take my magnet out.

Now shells I have. I grew up in the Miami area and my family lived there for a long time. I have fish bowls full of shells I can use for that. Great idea!
