Robby To but the fish into the tank, you dump most of the water from the bag into something else other then your tank, then add a little of your water from the tank to the bag with the fish in it. The bag is sitting in your tank getting the temp the same, you keep adding a little of your water...

At the lfs they have these clear plastic containers, you know the ones they hang on the side of the tank. You put that in your tank on its side and chase them into it with your net. That way nobody gets hurt, you or the fish. Good luck! Shel

I thought Trigger's were aggresive. Also it seems that a 46g would be to small for a trigger long term anyways. Wrasses are good. What about clowns or chromis, maybe even Damsels. Hope this helps. Shel :D
