How many...?
I have 3 fish in my 12g and i do water changes every other week and my tank is fine i have 3 corals and they are lookin awesome.

you could prob. get a small goby. But I think if you take good care of the tank 3 small fish will be fine.

the first pic is called bubble algea you can get a emrald crab to eat it but they are a hit or miss. The 2nd pic are zoos.

How do I use a hydrometer?
If i were you i would forget the hydrometer and get a refractometer they are much more accurate.
