Thank you very much for your reply. I was taking out about a quart of tank water, throwing it in the freezer for 10 or 15 min, and then pooring it into my sump slowly over like 10 mins. Got the tewp down to 81.9 after a few hours. I probably only did a gallon or so. Probably wont do it...

no, you've got plenty of bacteria in your rock and sand im assuming...you need to get the no3 and ammonia down. keep doing water changes until you cuz those numbers at least in half

Got a couple new things.. just a gsp frag and some palys and an updated FTS for April nice blasto shot

No modifications, took out the skimmer, i just keep a fan blowing at it and the temp stays fine. lights are stock. just had sand/rock/macro in the fuge.
