no problem the stuff that looks like grape is round and flat or cup shape it just started growing out of some live rock if you need more you know were to go;)

i cut mine in half and then used a rubber 4" pipe sleeve and clamp to put it back togther

just use tap water.:p After all you know who says it's fine :rolleyes: I thinkyou will find out that ro/di water will not make any difference LOL BB now i mix hot water in with my input water it brings the temp up to 80deg the guy at airwaterice said it would be ok as long as the temp did...

Even the copper is filtered out very quickly. then drop some copper pipe in your tank and see if it is true
