Funny Question, Would a recent murder on a property lower the value? Was interested in a buying a property and on this past thursday a tennant murdered his wife on it. it's a multi unit complex. just wondering if it would bring the value down.

I've seen it before. My other crabs ripped my poor little guy right out his shell. It was like an all out brawl for about 3 days with all the crabs, til I tossed a couple empty shells in the tank.

I had a really bad cyano in my 20g. I made some changes.....I feed every 3 days, cut the lights to 4 hrs a day, and nothing, then one day somebody on this board suggested switch my RO. I switched my RO from the grocery store to a LFS and in about a week it was completely gone. good luck
