You can get a DI bypass for your unit you don't need to drink the DI water just the RO water and that saves the DI for your tank:D

I guess this means my water is at the right levels i don't think they would breed if the water was bad. i took the skimmer off at the first of the year when the ref took off

whats the temp of your water when it drops under 70 it cuts down on the water output and if your psi is too low (under 50 psi) it will cut down the output i have good psi just too cold water so i taped in to the hot water and i mix it before it gos in the unit that way i have 75 -80deg water as...
