What kind of water did you use? RO/DI or tap water. Also the lighting plays a part. Using the atinic to 10k lighting. Others on this site will help you better, this is just something to start. Also post your water parimeters so they answer questions better.

I've ordered lr and my refractometer from here and got very fast service and an excellent product. I've heard of some ordering lr from other places and waiting over two to three weeks for their order. Not good if your waiting on the stuff to finish setting up your tank.
