I have an extra aquaC Urchin that is an in sump rated up to 75 gallon that would work really well. Not to mention they area a good skimmer. I would reccomend AquaC, Octopus, ASM, ANd there are some others that are just as good. Just depends on space and amount to spend.

Just thought I would take a pic of my fuge and post it. I know it was helpful to me when building mine the first time to see pics. I have redone it a few times. this is how it is now. The sponge is there just until i got hte wate flow right for micro bubbles. I think i got it now.

I am not sure of the dimension on your tank. But it will have more to do with the depth of your tank and the problem of heat. I am sure some peope here have more to say than I do. I know htat I might upgrade to a 2x 250 in another year or so. I currently have the 2 x 150 and 2 t5 actinics. Good...

I have that light on my 65. 2 x 150 36 in sunpod. It is aa very nice light. Works well I keep softies, sps, lps ect. Very nice and no shadow. Good luck you cant go wrong with the 2x 150 sunpod. High cost but very nice well built unit.

yes I agree, wait another two months or so until you tank settles in.

You will get a shodow on your tank with the brace there. I have seen people cut the brace out and put in a clear piece of plexiglass. but you have to do this with the tank empty. Well at least I would . Some say you dont need it at all. But the brace that is there now will leave a shadow. Good luck.

i went with the octo, THe urchin is a great little skimmer but the octo has made me some good junk. Just a little trial and error. I wanted to see how well the urchin worked i guess.
