I had a problem with that green algae on the glass once in my 55 gallon. Hate to burst your bubble, but the cleanup crew won't help much. Crabbies don't touch it and the snails are just too slow (imagine that!). Plus, they miss spots. I think a razorblade is your best option. And it's not...

I'm definitely going to invest in live rock and live sand in the new 75 gallon reef I'm planning. Question: How much of each would be recommended for a reef system? I have experience with fish only, but I'm not sure if more is better concerning a reef tank. Also...have any of you had any good...

I'm setting up a new 75 gallon reef. I have a jawfish in my current aquarium (with crushed coral) and would love to add one to this new 75. I'm planning on using live sand only on my new tank, however. I know that jawfish like to create tunnels and little caves and such. Will he be able to...

Put it this way...we had a really bad ick outbreak. Our lion looked horrible. We went and bought a UV sterilizer...next day...he was 200% better. I think it's a great investment. Our lfs said we shouldn't run it constantly though...just when we noticed signs of infection, etc.

Add regular tap water to my aquarium...I don't think so. lol...
