Thats a good idea, but gravity feed wont work unless I have the tank higher than my sump, I want to use a 45 gallon trash can which will be at same level as my sump , :(

I looking to use a 45 gallon trash can to fill with RO/DI water to use as top off, How and where can I get a float / pump to do this ? I want to add it to my sump ? any suggestions or Info is appreciated:)

there is many pros and cons of each, Price,Electronic are more$,they say bulbs last longer, but dont fire as hot, run cooler, Tar type ballast can be cheaply repaired,electronic chuck it buy another, can anyone else chime in More?

Well This is a dual 400 watt Standart Ballast from PFO, with out the bulbs under 400.00 with the reeflectors and sockets, Very happy with it nice quality, Ballast is heavy 45 lbs or so, Cheaper or better thats up to you , I was thinking of electronic ballast went with PFO tar style instead ,
