    Trochus do a great clean up job, but just so you know they are big, lets say the size of a golf ball, and get bigger, I got 20 right from here, nice ones:)

    Dosing Additives

    I use Natureef supplements, Ca and alk 2 parts mix, I do it manually 10ml of each once a day, I been told you cannot add this to topoff water? it has to be dosed into tank water directly why I ask I had a Neibor watch my tank for a few days, I added the 2 part mix to topoff water and told them...

    Nothing I have seems to bother them, I saw at a LFS a brittlestar try to eat one and spit it out, the only complaint I have is they can fit into very small places and get in my sump time to time:mad:

    the lettuce ones are algae eaters, other colored ones eat a varied diet of sponges, algaes,and corals,I have had these guys 3+months so far and they have eaten some sponges in my tank
