Your welcome!! I wouldn't pinch the stalk, it may cause damage you don't want. The cuts are clean and will heal quicker from what I've read. They sell reef glue, which is a super glue mixer of some kind. I have some and it does indeed glue your fingers together if you're not careful!! LOL...

The top is lined with a piece of the reflector that came with the lighting so it's pretty good!

When I bought mine I bought the connector for the outside hose too. They are very easy to operate!!! If you can setup a tank, you can operate an RO/DI!! :rolleyes:

I found that my ALK was down and Phos was up. The first thing I did was pull as much out of the tank by hand as possible then straighten out the ALK and Phos. Took about a week and hasn't come back since.
