i think almost everybody has a/c heating systems in the house. even if they're not really used more than a few hours each day during the winter.

depends on where at in Texas. my old town near houston got about 40ish at the coldest during winter. the last time it snowed was almost 20 years ago and that was only enough for a small snowman. the new town in Texas fort hood i hear gets more snow and colder overall so far.
