I would place the more powerful maxijet aimed up for water adjectation. That is real important for oxygen. Then either face the other one up on the other side or maybe have blow down some on the live rock.

Just do a 1 inch sand bed you don't need a DSB. Also make sure if you get playsand make sure it doesn't have silcates in it. Southdown is the best playsand out there. Home depot carries it. Ditch the emperor and get 1LB of live rock per gallon and a good protien skimmer. Then maybe seed your...

I'm going down to home depot this weekend and I'll keep you informed about my findings. I heard alot of home depots in the southwest region has it. I live in Gilbert, AZ. It is close by to Phoenix. If they have it I wonder how much it would cost to ship it to you guys?

I found the SKU# for southdown sand at home depot... SKU# 578819 Anyway I was told if the the home depot near you doesn't have the sand they can use that sku# to search the nearest home depot to get it. I found that SKu# from someone else on a message board... I hope this helps. :)

Just calcium and (lugols iodine for inverts)... You don't need all the other stuff until corals come along...
