my tank is a 70 g tall.... but i read a thread about ice caps or another brand that makes the individual reflectors for the novas, would it be worth it?

oops, so i should return my nove t5's w/ 4x 39 watt lighting for the teks? or something else? they do seem pretty bright? i mean, can;t i keep almost anything?

it is a high output light fixture w/ 2x39w t5 HO slimpaq 10,000k daylight 2x39w t5 HO slimpaq 460nm actinic 3 moon lunar lights (how come it has two switches for the lamps? don't they always have to be on at the same time?) :help: the fixture doesn't sound that powerful, but i had stock...

well, for a little over $200 i can get t5's, so can i run that w/o messing up my shrooms? is that too much light? i figure this way i can have a lot more to choose from...... i think the t5's have 2 bulbs and the night time one, hahha. as u can tell i don't know much about lighting... also, if...

ok, so i have a 75 tall oceanic, in which i have a ton of red shrooms that i have been fraggin... i also have a zoo, (orange and blue which doesn't really do well cause of lighting) :cheer: the lighting has been stock... i'm now ready to upgrade just to keep shrooms, soft corals, zoo's poylps...

great deal! side note, i have extra live rock and i get nervous adding more to my 75 g.... i have about 80 lbs in there now...... the glass can hold it all? i have a piece that weights 15 lbs on its own, its ok to add? what do u guys think?

not to promote tangs in 70 g... but i have a purple, hippo, kole, two percs and 2 neons in my 75 g reef.. they all do very well and swim together.... there is plenty of room for now and they are really active BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm constantly monitoring the water and weeekley...

is there any benefit in having them on in your set up? right now i have the peguin 440(or whatever the biggest one is) and it has had the bio wheels on for 2 yrs..... should i remove them?

its been up and running only w/ 25-lbs of LR and black sand for about 1.5 yrs... i now added 20 or so red shrooms, 2 hermits & 12 snails....... i feed the tank a small amount of food every other day....... can i do this less often, whats the minimum amount of food to give in order for the tank...

so far i have acouple trades going on............... there are plenty, email me if you want to trade, looking for zoo's n shrooms or whatever, i'll have more pics up really soon, these are beauties
