I had four in a tank at one time, all purchased together. Eventually, I had one that kept getting picked on by the others. He pretty much always stayed in one area. I ended up splitting them into pairs in two different tanks. Much better!

Bulb is brand new. This was happening before, so I replaced the bulb. 3rd bulb I've replaced now over a 1 year span. I think its the fixture, but cant figure out whats wrong. I'm going to have to take out all of the coral. I've been without light in this tank for 4 days now.

I think there was a few factors here. I didnt have a QT tank started from the beginning, so it was a thrown together QT. I did use as much water as possible from my DT, but all the same. I dont think water got above 1.010 or 1.011. It is a 45 gallon tank that had 2 tangs and several other...

I rubberband mine to rocks. 90% of the time they stay, if its too tight or too loose sometimes the mushroom can pop out. Works pretty well IMO. Goodluck

I do think I will order the cupramine on line so I can treat the remaining fish and kill the ich that is in the QT tank. At least I have a QT set up now. Trying to decide what fish quest to take after this whole mess is cleared up. I love tangs, but they are so prone to ich. I've go awhile...

Well, I have lost 4 out of the 7 fish now. Purple tang and coral beuty died yesterday. Only 3 fish left. Perc clown, zebra damsel, and yellow watchman goby. Keeping my fingers crossed these guys will pull through.
