Yes they are VHO My tank was homemade by the dudue I got it from and there is no more room for anither bulb

I have 2 48" vho lights and can't figure out how many watts. Anyone have a good guess? I have 45 lbs of LR Some Blue Mushrooms Anthilia Button Polyps Yellow Polyps All growing and some spreading But had some Xenia and it died off in a couple of weeks. I know it needs strong light my friend...
