I believe you will be dissapointed w/ acrylic.After a while the scratches do show and that clarity you have always "seen",will no longer be there. As already stated,under 100gs,in my opinion,stay with the glass.

I have had my cbs for going on 3 years. He is quite large now and part of his diet was my other shrimp I had in the tank. If it wouldnt mean tearing apart my entire set up to remove him, he would have been gone long ago. He limits the type of inverts you can keep in the tank. :mad:

It is less than 1 hr,more along the lines of 20 min. just wasnt sure of "klingons" along the way that might cause problems. Always better safe than sorry when your dealing with this type of time investement...not to speak of $$$$$$$ :eek:
