How do you guys keep the sand and glass so clean in your agressive tank setups? Can you keep any sort of cleaners at all?

I have a 2" valentini Puffer for trade in Orange county NY. He will eat snails, crabs etc.... which is the reason I want to trade him. He ate all my snails! I'll trade him for inverts or another fish. He was not expensive at all so I am not looking for something crazy.

it is a 55g.. is that light system overkill for a 55 gallon tank? if I were to trade you would this thing even fit on top of my tank? How much would it cost to get 2 50/50 bulbs to go with the actinics?
