I was cleaning my tank and noticed a hole in the rock that my polyp coral is on. inside the hole is a white tube looking thing that kinda looks like a feather duster but much smaller. I am trying to get a picture of it but it looks to blurry. Any ideas?

I have 4 60 watt Power compact lights. Do you think this enough for a bubble coral? I have a frog spawn that is doing well with this ligthing. The tank is 50 G

What do copopods look like. I have tiny little white things that look like tiny shrimp. Are those copopods?
