What is the average price of the coralife 96w light? I paid 90$ for it from a website and the bulb broke in shipping so ups told the seller that they through it away and i got it anyways so now i have a brand new one and a basically brand new slightly scratched one. I should start up another...

still no luck on the brain...I had to throw the plate coral away....It clouded the tank and I think it was the cause of death for one of my fish. I'll update with pictures soon. Thanks for your replies.

if a coral is half dead ( you can see the skeleton on half of the open green brain) is there anyway that it can repair itself or should i toss it?

if a coral is partyly dead can it come back and be 100% again? My LFS gave me a brain that 1/4 of it shows the skeleton. Should I just toss it or keep it in my tank?

My LFS gave me a half dead open green brain and a half dead plate coral. You can see the skeleton on them....is there any chance that they will come back to life? If so what can I do to help them? Thanks for your input!

yeah it's the coralive 96watt. I just found out that they sent it to Iowa instead of wisconsin.....looks like i'll be waiting another week for it to get to me. Do you think that the light will bleach out pinks and oranges in the corals?

OK, should I add a clam or some snails to my tank? I just ordered a 96watt quad light. Hopefully that wors out good. I plan on building a canopy for it soon. Should I use a glass top with that light or no?
