i have a tank that has been sat up for about 4 months now with a whole lot of lr and just 2 mandarins in a 90 gallon tank. ive been topping the water off regularly and cleaning the filters. when am i supposed to do the first water change and how much water?? everything is alive and well...

How do u add this stuff if u dont have a wet dry?? i know u r supposed to drip it in but use fluvals. is it ok to just mix it in some water and then put it in???

i thought that once a new set up has been established your supposed to leave it for a couple months before u start getting into your regular water changes. i also remember someone on this forum stating to me that in a reef tank u do not have to do as many water changes as you would in a fish...

is it a good reputable company or bad? ne input will be greatly appreciated.

r all little crabs reef safe? i seen a pretty big hermit crab with a little anemone on its shell at the lfs and they told me that it was SAFE FOR THE REEFS BUT I DUNNO! r they?i wanna buy more stuff for my tank but do not want to risk killing any corals.

how do u plan to catch them while you r diving?with a net? where r u goin diving ?i dont think you will catch anything worth keeping, thats if u do catch anything.Good luck trying to catch a fish in the water

would u do less water changes to a reef tank than a fish tank? i know u r supposed to do one evry 2-3 weeks/10% or so to a fish tank but what about a reef? since there is less fish and 4 times more lr how often would u have to perform a water change? :p <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif"...

red algae is from either poor water, overfeeding, and to much light. you want to siphon out as much of it as u can and then make sure you donot OVERFEED. 9/10 people overfeed.once red algae is seeded it will always grow back if you provide the right conditions for it.
