Yeah I've definitely seen similar behavior among my emeralds. They can grab a non-maneuvering target, such as a piece of drifting seaweed, but are they quick enough to actually catch a fish, such as my Yellow Tang that darts by it frequently? :thinking:

I would say the same thing... I have four emerald crabs in my 55 gal and one of my emmy's tore apart my coral banded shrimp while I was at work one day. (my wife said she saw the horrific display). Also, back to the first page of the discussion about these crabs, I definitely notice the same...

oh and one more thing... I do have a Fire Shrimp as well as a neon goby, but the clownfish doens't seem interested in their services. In fact, she is sometimes a tad aggressive toward the fire shrimp.

I have a 55 w/three tank raised false perculas and a tomato clown i later added. The tomato lives on one side of the tank and the three false perc's live on the other side. I have never once seen any sign of aggression between the two different species'.

You say the Quiet One is cheaper than the Mag, but everywhere I looked, its the other way around... not by much, but still. Where did you find the Quiet One cheaper than the Mag?
