so lights didn't go off. followed directions to the t. any tips

stop using tap water to top off. I checked the nitrate level in my tap water and it was between 50 and 100. in the beginning we didn't know any better and we couldn't figure out why water changes weren't helping. I tested my tap and it was all crazy which is why my children don't drink it.

so I followed instructions and think I have it figured out, maybe, but we"ll find out tonight t 8pm if the lights go off. Thanks all

are you checking only your ammonia, trites, and trates? or have you checked you alk, magnesium, calcium, ph, phosphates, and iodine?

I guess that is my main question. which way closes it all the way and which way opens it up more? (clockwise or counterclockwise)

Did not look like any pics of flatworm I could find. Are you sure? Maybe a sea slug? Good or Bad?

In quarantine until we figure out what this nasty little slimy thing is. It's about 3 inches long. Maybe a nudi, not sure.
