What kind of floor is the tank sitting on? (carpet or wood) Would you be willing to take out maybe half the water to make the tank a little lighter? You could purchase a large container and readd the water after its done. Get someone to help you move the tank out.

I don't mean to highjack here but while were on the subject. I have CC in my tank now. (i know I know) If I wanted to switch to live sand, what would be a good way to go about it? Would it be ok to leave some of the CC in the tank?

Most puffers and the yellow tangs are going to out grow your tank. I have the same size tank and thats what I read when searching for my fish stock. The porcupine puffer is going to grow up to 1 to 2 feet.
