I just receved a 30g sump refugium for xmas . It came with a over flow box, skimmer, bio-balls, 2 submersable pumps, PC light and mineral mud. Im trying to insall but having trouble (no instructions) I know 1 pump is the return pump where does the other one go? and how does the over flow box...

I was wondering if I should go with a sand bottom or a crushed coral bottom? This is a 80 gl fish only tank and how thick does it need to be?

Want to reuse my rock from last set up 1.5 yrs ago at that time it was live. My tank is going to be fish only for now. Will it eventualy become live or should I buy all new live rock?
