    I have been doing a weekly water change Am I doing them wrong? My lfs said to mix it w RO water then just dump it in.     I have 2 power heads one in the frount of the tank blowing to the left and one in the back of the tank blowing to the right and the pump from the refuge blowing to the frount of the tank I thought that would be enough. I will definately increase the water changes.

    yes. still having the problem not as bad I have cut down the amout of sea weed I am feeding that seems to be helping.
