scallops all over live rock, maybe????

The small tube worms are Feather duster. My guess without a pic might be small barnacles for the other organism you are talking about. They are filter feeders that extend a feather like tentacles to collect small particles that are in the wter column. Sent From my Frontal Lobes via TapaTalk!!

Blue is sick - tail looks bloody

One thing when setting up a hospital tank do Not add sand or live rock. You can use PVC pipe for the fish to use for shelter. You can also pant the bottom of the tank which helps as well with disorientation. Sent From my Frontal Lobes via TapaTalk!!

    Magnesium dosing

I have been using Brightwell Salt for two years now and am very pleased with the results. I do not dose anything on my systems at all. Water changes are all I do. I only keep LPS and Softies though. No SPS.

Flow iss very important to the animals we keep! A chiller is a unit that helps keep your...

    Magnesium dosing

IMO you shouldnt have to dose anything in such a small system. Mg should not be elevated more than 100ppm per day, you could just adjust it through water changes. Sent From my Frontal Lobes via TapaTalk!!

    Starting over after 3 years.

Hello there and welcome back to this wonderful addiction!!! 1)You can soak your old tank in a 5 to 1 solution of water to pure white vinegar. This should help loosen up the coralline algae that may be left over on your aquarium walls and also help with in deposits and build up as well. 2)What I...
