I know it might be a little bit pricey, but get a custom sump made with one side higher and have a step down. Have the over flow flow to the taller part then flow down to the refug. just a thought. you could order the acrylic and make it your self of corse

Your only going to use #4 if everything is acrylic. If it's a glass tank with acrylic baffles you have to use silicone

I just got my t5's i ordered half actinic and half daylight, but they screwed up and only shipped daylight bulbs. Is it necessary to have actinics? or is it just a perferance people have??????

Get a 2' long T5 fixture off e-bay with 2 55W lamps for around $70

does this work simular to to how a toliet fills??? I was thinking about running a water line from the kitchen sick to an RO filter and have it top off my refeg. So can this have a constant water pressure????

i'm in the process of setting up my 300gallon arylic, it's 8'x30"tallx24"deep. So you tank sounds about 360 or so. ....I just built my refeg a couple days ago its a 90 gallon glass tank 48"x24"tallx18"deep. first chamber is approx 6" for crushed coral, than 20" or so for live sand and rock...
