Phosphates are most likely the problem. Could be the lights but more than likely it's the phosphates. Common reasons for phosphates could be the water (are you using RO/DI?) and or over feeding or lack of clean up crew. I am always fighting phosphates and I've never figured out why. I use RO/DI...

I think you need more flow, that won't solve your problem but it helps plus I don't see your s.g.(specific gravity) posted in your params anywhere.

I've been thinking about adding 2 more seios to stir things up a little more down low but got to thinking that I could get a Tunze 6060 for about the same price as the 2 seios. Would I be better...

I'm gonna agree with the bulb change theory as well. But you may want to check your alk also. I didn't see it mentioned in the params. But if nothing has changed except the bulb I'll stick with that. I've bleached out my share of corals bringing them under my 10K's from someone elses 20's
