    Chromis Question

thanks Dogstar. I'm pretty sure the green chromis listed on this site are the bluegreen chromis. They are listed as the viridis species.

    Chromis Question

Are Blue-green chromis the same as green chromis. One of mine was an unfortunate victim of the overflow box and i wanted to buy another. This site has them listed as green. When I purchsed them locally they were called blue-green. All the information I read seems contradictory. Thanks...

    leather question

thanks for the post... I've read over it before it was just unclear whether the top was needed or if the stalk would grow a new head. Seems like it will work, they are pretty hardy corals.

    leather question

I have a leather (two actually... yellow fiji and long polyp) That are attached to small rocks and need to be moved because they are out growing the rocks. Should I try to pry them off or cut them off at the base with a razor? I planned to superglue them to larger rocks. If they are cut will...

    peppermint shrimp

I've heard of Joe's Juice and I'll use it on the larger ones, I haven't kept up on them and I have too many small ones to inject. Thought the peppermints might be a good alternative.

    peppermint shrimp

I am thinking of buying a few of these for my 55 to get ride of my aiptasia and just wanted to see if anyone has had a negative experience with them. I have a variety of corals that I don't want them to munch on and also a cleaner shrimp.

    Torch or Frogspawn?

Thanks all, now I just need to find one! Has anyone ordered from here? They don't specify green or brown and I'd really like the green torch.

    Torch or Frogspawn?

I have a well established 55 gallon with descent lighting (2x175watt halides and 2x65 watt actinic pc's). I am trying to decide between a torch and a frogspawn. I know they are from the same family but is one hardier than the other? I'm leaning toward the torch. I don't see them in this area...

    brown legged hermit crabs

I ordered a bunch of astrea snails off this site and one of these was included, I guess they thought he was a snail. I've had it for over 7 months and he still still fairly small. Seems pretty much the same as the scarlet hermits, except it has smaller pinchers and is a beige color.

    R. yuma

Bang, you are now a grandfather... the orange yuma frag I got from you last month just started to sprout another mouth. I'll try to post some pics, it is neon green, very cool looking. By the way this site does sell yuma's. Look under mushroom coral-ricordea yuma.
