    Certainly not an expert, but here is what I did with my 180... I have both returns going into the sump. The sump has my skimmer, heater, media, etc. I have a small pump going to the Fuge, and the water from the Fuge falls back into the Sump...I probably would change a few things if I had it to...

    Thanks for the replies. I guess it could be a sponge, but the texture of the body is more fleshy than sponges I've seen. There is another small one about three inches from where I saw that one. My polyps started to disappear so I started to wonder. It hasn't moved since I've been monitoring...

    I dont think its a duster because there is no tube and it does not retract into anything. I would guess its in the anemone family based on its fingers, the way it closes up, and the way it eats. Very interesting animal indeed. I just wanna make sure its not harmful to anything in my main...
