Trash the CC, add ls. And don't add saltwater for topoffs, only add saltwater when you do a water change. As far as when to top off, make a small mark near the back of your tank where you want the water surface to be. If it starts dropping too much, add water. Hope that helps, and remember...

Yeah, after posting this I found that scarlets are best, except I think they get a little bigger than I really want. Also if the blue legs ate your feather dusters, then I certainly don't want them. I have a bunch of small ones, and I really enjoy them.
