I have had a smaller blue hippo tang for a little over a year. Yesterday he started swimming funny, and his mouth will not close, and is breathing heavy. He does not scratch and no signs of white spots. Also, it hasn't been eating today. What can it be, and what can i do?

My blue hippo is scratching while 3 weeks into hypo. It just started this weekend. Any suggestions , salinity is 1.009. My clowns died from Brookylnalla, could this be the case? The first two 1/2 weeks the tang didn't scratch at all.
