someone please help!! my starfish is dying as i type!! :(

yes, i bought a tap water purifier, and i did a partial water change, and upped the salinity to 1.022. it has maintainded that for about a week now. what gives?

my choclate chip starfish has flattened out and i looks like one of its arms is coming off. it has been eating fine, and the fish havent been picking at it. whats up? is this normal for a starfish to loose one of its arms?

i usually test mine about every weekend. sat. or sun. mine just finished cycling, but when it was cycling, i tested about every 4-5 days, just to get a rough idea of where it was at. after cycling, test every weekend, because the stuff is expensive. If you are wondering one the best testing...

the best thing to do is wait..............my tank just finished cycling and it has been about 2 1/2 months to finally finish. like the rest said if you are really desperate then add peices of raw shrimp. but i would highly suggest to just wait it out

ive hade my 20 gal. tank set up for about 2 months now and the diatom bloom started about 1 month ago. i put this thing in my filter called "Phos-Zorb" and it seems to be taking affect with the bloom. i was wondering when the unsightly diatoms will go away. Please help!!

i have had my tank for about 2 months now and i cant seem to grow anyother algae except brown. I put a phosphate thing in last week, but everything is still the same. I have done up to 80% water changes about 5 times and nothing seems to work!! please help!!!!!
