hey, I know this is a newbie question but is there a acclimation period or method for live sand? I had bought ls a few months ago and I cant see any signs of life so this time I want to make sure that I do everything possible to make sure my pods survive.

Thnx for telling me. Now I won't be surprised if the same thing happens to me. Do you also know how LR can die out( other than depriving it of water till everything is dead). I used to have live rock and it was thriving but then it suddenly died out.
