you need atleast 2-3 weeks for the water to cycle with cured live rock...if uncured it might take upto 8 weeks or more

seahorses are known to get the "clownfish desease" when they are housed with clowns...for pot bellied i wouldnt keep a pair in anything smaller than a 20 gallon...kudas, erectus 1 pair for about 10 gallons....reidi around 15-20 for a pair.....some people say more some less but thats what i think...

what do silversides look like? are they silver? a

i was just lookin at the eel and one of the minniws are gone (i put in 2)....its not lying anywhere and not in the filter or skimmer. I fed him freshwater live because thats what they fed it there...i wanted him to eat something so i tried to gie him some.

i didnt see my yellowhead eating for the last 1.5 weeks. I tried slamon,squid,shrimp, scallop, some other wierd fish (cant remember what its called), brine shrimp, misis shrimp... i also tried live shrimp and fish but he doesnt seem to be interestied....i looked at him today and he turned a bit...

in my 30 i have one yellowhead in my 29 i have a niger trigger (going to a bigger tank soon),2 clowns, 1 yellowtail damsel, 1 mandarin and a coral beauty

i have been keeping tanks for 3 years now....too bad there are no oceans beside me :thinking: that would be so kool

yeah ur right........but who said i cant afford it (and that i dont have that much money)....well i need a bigger tank for christmas (for my eel).....im getting a bigger aquarium in my basement (not sure how big though but arounf probably 200-300 gallons...might be wrong...but getting something...

what size do you think i should get then...i always read that bigger is better...i want something bigger than 125 at least
