    Coral lost in mail is WHITE

    My pink birdsnest coral just arrivved 4 days late - got lost overnight somehow. It is completely white. Does this mean it is dead? That's what I'm thinking.....But wondered if I dip it in iodine and then put under halides if the color could come back? Thanks,

    Big Bubble In Middle Of Montipora Plate Coral?

    MY clam won't open....barely

    Help - I just got a new clam and it's so frustrating..it starts to open and then a fish swims over it and it shuts and stays shut. It fell a couple times (uh -oh) off the rock ledge so just moved it to a stable spot but is it going to die? It still barely opens...we have a beautiful 75 gallon...

    What would eat clams?

    Which is more likely to eat clams...mine seems to have someone munching on it..we have a couple brittle starfish and a coral banded shrimp that seem the most likely culprits to me. The mantle of my clam has little holes in it and the brittle hangs near it a lot. Any ideas?

    Green algae - how to get off glass?

    Hi - We have a 75 gallon reef and it has a lot of coralline algae which is good - but there is some green algae on the glass that we cannot get off. It's like it is permanantly engraved into the glass. We use the magnets to clean it but they don't touch this stuff. Any ideas? Thanks,

    Can 70 degree water kill corals?
