Is 250W MHx2 with 54Wx4 T5 too much lighting for a 75 gal reef tank? I dont want to have any lighting restrictions on my occupancy

Its a 75 gal so 18" I think. If I kept the T5 fixture on the tank with the MH's would I want them in front or behind?
