    Which one?

Thanks. I have 100 nassarius snails, 5 Turbos, cleaner shrimp, Green serpent star, 5 emerald crabs, and a couple hermits crawling around. The red and green algae is rock hard-I've tried scraping it off and it won't budge. I have a tiny bit of hair algae but between my turbo's and my molly-its...

    Heater in AGA overflow?

Are you running with a Durso (?) pipe? If so, I think you would be ok. Mine has enough water to keep a large heater fully submerged even if I lose power. Does your overflow drain out completely if you lose power?

what are the cons and pros of Bio balls?

"I don't use bioballs but beads" at a quick glance I was officially laughing my ass off (though there were 2 "T"s there for a sec). I ditched my bioballs along time ago in favor of rubble rock.

    Which one?

    Which one?

Im thinking about adding a new coral in a week or so. Right now I have Xenia, shrooms, and a tiny piece of orange Montipora that seems to be hanging on. I really like the looks of Frogspawn, hammer, and bubble coral. Of those 3 which would be better suited in my tank. Its a 75 with 216 watts...

For what its worth, I had one in a 55 for 2 years, until I broke down the tank and sold it all. I found that getting them to eat frozen/prepared food is the hardest part.

    Plumbing

I feel like a newb for asking this but......... Would I be better off reversing my sump? Right now I have it draining straight down (about 3 feet) and flowing from left to right to the return pump. My return line is about 6' long and raises 4 feet with one 90 at the top. Would I be better...
