btwk, well I went a head and ordered one, since I read a lot of good reviews about these lights lately. Some got a defective one deliver to them, some got a best light with a good price tag. Will let you know how good it is.

I just got a used 125 acrylic tank with stand. Tank is now being cleaned. Stand was painted. Thing look very good so far. Please let me know if the design does not look ok to you. Thank you.

I have a question here. The length of a tank is more important or the volume of the tank? I see some > 125 gal tank that is 5 ft long and some < 125 gal tank that is 6 ft long. Thanks.

I found some white playsand at Lowe's. It said 99% free of Silica. Not sure if it is a good stuff. You can check it out if you have Lowe's at your location.

Drill is the best way to go and it was not that hard at all. Just some regular hole drill that you can get from the home store, you can drill a hole for the bulk head easily. Good luck.
