ive noticed that this is very common with maroons. they will clear out the area around the anenome until you see glass. my old maroon use to use her mouth like a goby and drop it off on my rocks and corals. she got sent packing because of this behavior.

i know hits hit or miss with anenomes but i am curious to know which type (LTA, BTA or Carpet) would do best in a 55g with 4 48in vhos and 2 clowns (black and white percs) I've had an LTA in the past for my maroon but it was very bland. im thinking rose BTA or a carpet. suggestions welcomed
