The first one, you can see the bubble gum zoas, armor of god zoas, and green people eaters. The third one is some of my blue spoted red mushrooms I picked up the other day, there is nine on the rock I got it for 24$. The last one is my fire and ice.

I have close to around 600 ghh, and a overflow system, protein skimmer, the usuall.

I know its not too healthy, it has been eating every nitght fine since I got it. I got it from a friend who did not want it. That is not what it looks like when it feeds, they come out and look like pollys when they feed. Look at the photo, that one polly is bubbled up.

I got home from work today and one of the polys on my coral was inside out, kind of bubble like.

Thanks for your help! I think I will go with a ready made pendant, 250w 14k. I will have to make something for the actinics.

One last question, how does the ballast come in? What is needed to go with the 250w 14k?

Ok, so i do want the actinics, and you recomend a 250w metal halide, what k do you recomend?

That is what my fixture has now, I do like the glowing effect, so if I ran the MH, with one actinic that would work?

What kind of actinics would I run with that?
