I recently started an 75g reef tank. I have about 100 lr and 100 ls. Its been cycling for about 4 weeks. I tested the water and it seems like the cycle is over. My amm.= 0, trites.= 0, trates= 0, ph= 8.2, and my sg is 1.024. I haven't have an diatom outbreak, so is my cycle over yet?

So it is safe to add the live rock the way it is or add a powerhead, heater , and doing w/c in the bin for about a week??
