    experince with flower pot coral?

That's what he does. He doesn't let anything get near that thing, and he doesn't leave it unless it's time to eat. We move it, he finds it. He chases Mandy the mandarin away from it too. lol

    experince with flower pot coral?

I have the same problem with my flower pot. My clownfish loves is. It hardly ever opens anymore. We can't seem to keep the fish away from it. We were thinking about trying to add another coral to try and lure him away from the FP.

    Flowerpot Coral Dying?

I don't have a refugium or a sump. I only have a 29G. But my flowerpot seems to be doing ok. But all my levels are 0 and I dose with many chemicals on a weekly schedule. I've had a few months. We'll see how long it last. Won't be the first thing I've bought that didn't make it. lol

    Nudibranch

I don't exactly have a pic of the nudibranch up close and personal. I posted pics of the colonied to try and get an ID on what kind they were and someone said they had zoa eating nudibranches on them. These are those pics.

    Nudibranch

Is there some kind of fish that will eat the nudibranches off my zoa colonies? What is the right procedure to do a freshwater dip? Do you have to use some kind of chemicals or can it be just water? Just a few questions I have. Any help would be appreciated.

    Help please

i heard there were fish that would eat them. i heard the six-line wrasse will, but I also heard there was another one. I don't like the idea of picking them off with tweezers. Seems kind of inhumane to me. lol

    ID help please

BTW even more polyps opened up when we turned the lights on this morning. Someone had previously told me that there were nudibranches on a couple of them. I still haven't seen anything anywhere on them though.

    ID help please

I bought these zoas online last week. They didn't give names to anything, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out. These pics were taken right after we put them in the aquarium.

I haven't seen anything on them, but I haven't really been looking. I've been looking since the person said that about them, and I haven't noticed anything on them.

    Help please

I just bought these new zoa colonies online at the beginning of the week. The pics were taken not long after pulling out of the bag and putting in tank. Someone on another forum told me that there zoa eating nudibranches on them. Can someone please tell me if that's true or are the polyps just...

Found dual satellite 2-65W w/ 1 lunar for 135. Is this a good price? Decent lights? Need feedback please.

    Is something wrong???

We've only had the tank setup for like 4 months. Everyone says that is too soon for anemones. The levels were all fine until we added the new stuff we bought. They went up a little bit. Everyone told us this was normal. We tried to feed it, but it let the shrimp fall from its tentacles. We know...

    Is something wrong???

I have some questions about my anemones. I purchased a haddoni carpet anemone and a rock anemone a few days ago. They seemed to do fine at first. The rock anemone attached underneath the edge of a rock. After the third night, he opened up alot and turned the rock over completely knocking it to...
