    well i have been completey slowed down by my tanks still not selling locally or on ----......... if i could sell my 125 and my 150 then i could go buy the acrylic but ... it aint happening i did find out though that a local that sells frags and fish wholesale also build canopies and stand that...

    yea my buddy that propogates and has a home coral business has the apples and has sand dollars in all of his frag tanks, the grouper is in the running if i make alterations to my livestock list

    yea thats happened to me twice nowonce when i was setting up my tank and then again not to long ago when i was taking the collection cup off my skimmer but for some reason in the back of my head i wanted to watch it for longer and see what happen before i flipped the switch on the power...

    Well that was one of the things I am having trouble with I don't know how the frame needs to be to support this weight I want to build as much as possible so I would like to build it out wood but if not my friends dad has a metal fab shop so I could get him to build one and then build a wood...

    I am going to put 120 together first and get some scrap to play with first and if I am unsuccessful I will get a guy that works there to glue it on the side for me.......

    -going to locate a plastic horse trough to have rock that im going to make cure while i am building -going to cast 500 lbs of rock -going to use 300 lbs dry sand and 80lbs live -also going to go by a few thrift stores and get about 8-12 10 gallon tanks to start culturing pods, phyto, macro...

    i have 3X 400 watt metal hallide lights and a 4 foot t5 4 bulb fixture and a 4 foot compact fixture the acrylic for 5 sheets is gonna be ....$950 it should make my 600 dt and a 120 tank........maybe a sump i really haven't got any replies on if that is gonna be big enough i have only tanks up to...

    ok i have a 155 gallon tall square, a 125 gallon standard long, 75 gallon half octagon thing, a 55 gallon standard, a 29 gallon long, and a 29 gallon tall.....the fiance is not happy......so i was like baby im not either i want to just get rid of all of them and get one tank and she was on board...

    So........I'm selling my 6 tanks and inhabitats........... Because I want to build a 600 gallon acrylic tank.... Just wanting to get some opions on wether or not I should do it. And no I haven't worked with acrlic before and yes I will practice first but just want to know if it's feasible...

    ok so I went the cheapo route and used non live sand, I went down to lowes and bought some sand(140lbs) and i assumed (and you know what assuming does) that since the sand comes from mucle shoals (beach in alabama) that it would not be the silicate sand because it didn't list what type it was...

    i just got an anemone too and i would like to split it a month or so down the road because it is freakin huge this is a show size sebea that is about 18in when it is all drawn up so my guess is that when it is stretched out it would be about twice that big but i haven't read anything about...
