JI have a 180 gallon saltwater set up with nothing in it but salt. If I empty half of it and fill it back up with freshwater will that be too much salt for freshwater fish. Because I heard some salt is good for freshwater fish(ciclids).

pic...the glare makes the glass look old. The glass is perfectly clear and the blue background is one solid color(not faded). Looks brighter behind water.

What is the difference with these 2 power compact bulbs. 50/50 and actinic? I know both of these have blue but thats all I know. 10k is a little too white so I need to order one of these 2 but don't know the difference.

I want to order some clowns here on this site that are hardy and peaceful. I am thinking about 2/clarkis and 2/false percula....Should this be a problem? They will be the only fish in the tank for now in a 180g.

I have this red slime algae all over my rock. All I know is it is labelled as a nuisance algae but do not know what nuisance it causes. Its a fish only tank so is it harmful . What type of critters or fish should I purchase to gobble it up?
