He is about the size of a half dollar. The green part is hard. He looks like he is wearing an army helmet :) His skin on the outside is a bit rough. He is SUPER fast. Any ideas? I pulled him just in case....can I put him back in?

Been watching the temp very close. So far it has stayed the same.

My new lights sit about 4" above the top of the tank. I was thinking that after a couple weeks I would take the glass top off. My lights are def not as awesome as yours, but I am very excited to finally be able to put something other than mushrooms in my tank!

Do you still use the glass lid that came with the tank, or is it open?

So I did fresh for about 5 years before switching to salwater........best decision EVER! I went from someone who enjoyed fishkeeping, to a TOTAL SALTWATER CREEPER! I just wish I had lots of money. When first switching I planned on doing only the minimal....problem was....THIS IS SO ADDICTING...
